Each submitted Abstract can be addressed to a specific field or scientific Committee, which later can reflect the different tracks in which the conference will be organized. With the new module S.A.M. (Secure Abstract Management) all Abstracts and Papers are produced directly by the software, ensuring that they respect formal constraints specificed by the organizators or the scientific committe.

In particular, it can be checked that the number of Words, Figures, Formulas, Authors and Co-Authors, Keywords, References and Abstract Title respect the limits imposed by the scientific committe. Furthermore, the Abstract's Layout and style is enforced by the software, to be sure to obtain a common aspect for all submitted works.

With the module S.S.M. (Smart Schedule Management) all accepted Abstracts, Papers, Orals and Posters can be scheduled in the correct Track, Day and Time, to realize directly the congress program.

In this case the Abstract Booklet can be printed following the conference program, divided into days and tracks as specified by the scientific committee.
