S.S.M. - (Smart Schedule Management)

S.S.M. (Smart Schedule Management) is the new software through which the Scientific Commettee can produce the Conference Program:

• SSM with all the abstracts finally validated by the scientific committee will find their timing within days of the conference.
• For each day of the conference and for each application area is defined agenda indicating the start time and end times and the time available to the speakers for their presentation.
• For each day can be defined different agents to allow the right management of oral presentations, poster sessions and the plenary sessions.
• Abstracts that are not validated yet, been included on the agenda will be available at the side of the page.
• The user may  select an abstract  and move within a time interval with the technique of 'drag and drop'.
